Coming home late around 10:00 PM, I discovered a major disaster: my entire bottom-floor bathroom and shower were completely blocked, and the house smelled terrible. My wife was stressed, and we had guests coming over the next day (Sunday). We called about four different plumbing services first. The technician showed up right on time in about 40 minutes, rolling in around 11:30 PM with a great, positive attitude. Despite the late hour, he was extremely professional. He suited up with clean gloves, used professional tools, and spent about an hour diagnosing and fixing the root of the problem. What really blew us away was his attention to detail: he didn't just fix the clog, he thoroughly cleaned up the entire workspace, bagged all the mess, and left the house spotless. For a late-night emergency call, the pricing was more than fair—truly an awesome price for top-tier service.
