Truly impressed with this business. Elmer and Mike (and Dulce, on the phone) were all knowledgeable, professional, courteous, thoughtful, and kind. They were clean and tidy while working and kept us up-to-speed on everything that was being done. They were upfront about the cost and did not add to it upon completion. We called 3-4 other businesses and none were even willing to come out to look without charging us for a leak inspection we didn't need. Not Night Owl! Very pleased! Highly recommend. *****I'd also like to add that I respect a company that protects its employees and customers from possible exposure to things like lead and asbestos -- using a third party for testing and another for abatement, if needed. It's true, we could have saved money figuring it out ourselves and doing the work (one YouTube video at a time) but it would have taken longer and it wouldn't have been safe.*****
