My 80-year old parent's water heater stopped working. The gas guy came out to re-light it but then it went out again a few days later so they were without hot water for a few days. Elmer came out within the hour, got the replacement part and fixed it in the same day. Sent me pictures of the work as well. Fast, great service. Highly recommend.
